We are pleased to announce that Ian Boon has taken over as Open Events Secretary. Our thanks go to Dave Keene for all the work he has done over the past years and we wish him and Eileen all the best for the future.
The West DC are hosting the final round of the series on a new circuit based in Devizes. The map below shows the circuit, one lap for the shorter events and two for the seniors. Click on the map to get a larger version. The start will be in Devizes town centre and the finish will be just before the circuit rejoins the A361. Headquarters will be the Wiltshire Police HQ just off the A361.
The date fixing meeting will take place at the end of September. Clubs wishing to promote events in 2010 need to submit an application to Dave Keene by the first week in September. There is a new form for applying which can be found on the following link, Open Events Application Form
The first round of the West DC Team Championship took place on Sunday, hosted by Clevedon & District RC. Thanks to Ian James and his helpers for promoting the event and congratulations to Somerset RC who came out top. The results were:

I have been unable to book the HQ for the VTTA club 10 on its scheduled
date of 19th May and have therefore brought it forward to Friday 15 May
same course and time and same HQ as last year, Kington Langley.

The list on the Clubs page has now ben updated to show all the clubs that have affiliated for 2009. It will be updated regulary. If your club is not on it contact your Club Secretary and ask them to ensure the forms and cheque have been submitted.
